Qualifications for the two positions are:
Deputy Sheriff
- U.S. Citizen
- 21 years of age
- 80 semester hours from an accredited college or university or 80 hours of college credit for lateral applicants
- Possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license
- Pass a background investigation
